Oh, i forgot to mention, this is an individual plan, as I am self-employed part time, because my chronic fatigue and excessive sleepiness make it impossible for me to hold a full-time job

And the Cpap is not helping. Some of you may recall I have been to multiple doctors, had multiple sleep studies, tried four different machines -- Cpap, Auto Pap, Bi Pap, have tried about six different pressures and Auto Pap ranges, and Zero Improvement after three years of using it pretty faithfully
