didgeridoo

Hello All,

I wonder if the below would benefit the users of CPAP.

==
Swiss medical scientists found that regular playing of the didgeridoo (an Australian wind instrument) improved snoring, sleep apnea, and daytime sleepiness, and reduced sleep disturbances to bedroom partners. The reason for this improvement may be that training to play the didgeridoo decreased the collapsibility of the upper airways.

I originally saw a piece about this on the Discovery Channel.

Does anybody know more?

There are websites with instructions to make these instruments inexpensively.

I wonder if used in conjunxtion with CPAP if it would help.

Later,
Rolling Thunder
