Hmmm... if you are using your CPAP as prescribed and getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night - but still with significant sleepiness - perhaps OSA isn't the diagnosis? Or perhaps you have a concomitant primary sleep disorder (e.g. idiopathic hypersomnolence). The key is you MUST be compliant with your CPAP (as is evidenced by your card in your machine) and you MUST be getting adequate total sleep time. Only then will your doc consider doing further evaluation.
