Try turning the humidifier heat up. It doesn't seem your nasal passages would suffer from dryness in Seattle, of all places, but it sounds like that's what's happening. Regular irrigation with saline sprays might also help. Try to stay away from Afrin; terrible rebound. I assume you know whether or not you suffer from allergies.
