As a side note, I used to get terrible colds and sinus infections all the time before I went on CPAP. Now they are rare and mild. The CPAP helps me sleep through the cold at night, keeping my sinuses open. Short term use of Afrin can help or try Sudafed for a few nights to help as well. Good luck.
