Try turning the humidifier higher.

Also, try having a glass of water by the bed. That way you can take a quick drink and go back to sleep. If you're worried about spilling, get a bottle of Poland Spring with a nipple. You can refill it with any water you want.

Lastly, it's likely that you're opening your mouth. This is an issue that you'll need to work on.
