I would agree with this advice. Your problem is likely having your mouth come open during sleep and believe me, it REALLY will dry things out. If you are awakened and can drink a glass of water to solve this, think of this an acceptable solution. The humidifier setting could help, but too much on that setting will cause condinsation at some point. Condinsation will awaken too. Having the air leak out the mouth can be a problem that comes and goes. It can sometimes be solved by sleeping position, or neck and pillow support.
