thanks soooo much people! I dont think that my mouth is opening because I've been working on that went from a full face mask and chin strap to just training myself to keep my mouth closed by wedging a pillow under my chin. because of my previous problem with my mouth opening, I'm super conscious of if/when I mouth is opening(plus it makes this totally loud sound when that happens)...I called the people that I got the machine from and they said to try setting it higher than 2, Ill also take your advice about water and not keeping my machine level with my head...

hope it works!!! I was totally tired n depressed to day.
