I don't have a Remstar, but I do know from experience with computers that if you don't "officially exit" a screen, your changes don't usually take effect. Be brave -- all that will happen is that you'll have to try it again.

My water chamber is warm to the touch during the night, but then, I have it turned up on the high side. The APAP air doesn't feel warm, just comfortable to breathe.
