Your best mask is one that feels comfortable and doesn't leak - it may be completely different than for someone else. Many people like the nostril interface masks (aka nasal pillows), but some can't tolerate them and need a regular nasal mask. Others can't breathe well enough through their nose and need to try the FF design. There have been many 'new' mask designs over the last 5 years, but most of these masks don't represent improvements for a wide group of users. You can go to any commercial website selling CPAP supplies (there's a ton of them) and browse the offerings. Or, some of the sites get put you on their email list for newsletters that talk about new products. There's no such thing as the 'highest rating' for a mask. If you find one that works well for you, than it will get your highest rating.
