Taking off mask at night

Posted by JasonP on January 23, 2007 at 12:05:00:

Hello,

I've been using my CPAP machine since September of last year. I use a ComfortFull 2 mask since I open my mouth when sleeping.

The problem I have is that I take off my mask and turn off my CPAP machine in my sleep, and don't even know I'm doing it. I have only slept the entire night with it on once.

Any tips or suggestions?

Thanks-
JasonP
