I think you are right, I need more positive thinking. Last night
was the 2nd night I slept the entire night with it on, I woke up
15 minutes before my alarm usually goes off.

Some nights it is easier for me than others to go to sleep, and I
am not experiencing any discomfort. When I first started using
my CPAP, I had a tough adjustment period falling asleep. I did
use a sleep aid to help fall asleep. I have also been taking 3mg
melatonin before bed and it seems to help somewhat.

My max pressure setting is 6cm. I start at 4cm when I go to bed
and use the auto ramp feature on my CPAP and it increases it to
6cm.

Thanks for the advice on the positive thinking, I'm sure it will
help!
