Try this. Put on mask, fill reservoir, and power up the machine while you’re sitting up or standing up. When you awaken in the A.M. reverse the sequence; sit up or stand up before you remove the mask or power off the machine. Also follow the sequence for potty trips. For potty trips, you may choose to leave the mask on, but follow the rest of the sequence. Hopefully, you will learn to always follow this sequence. Then, it would be hard to “casually” remove the mask.
