Breeze or?

I have been using the Breeze setup for years.It works better for me than a mask. It's not perfect though.
Currently my Breeze is broken, and I'm contemplating buying another one. However, before doing that, I'd like to find out if there are other nasal pillow alternatives now that might be superior to the Breeze. (I haven't been keeping up with recent developments in CPAP equipment.)
Please post your opinions, if you have tried the Breeze and other nasal pillow options. Thank you.
