I can't answer your specific question about nasal pillow alternatives. I've been using the Breeze mask for several years and am generally content. My question, though, while we're on this topic is this: does the Breeze hardware come in different sizes? I'm not talking about the nasal pillows. I know they come in several sizes. But what about the mask structure itself? The one I most recently purchased is just about too big for my cranium, and I wear a size 7 and 5/8 hat! I have a big head. It certainly would not fit a woman or a guy who wears, say a size 7 and 1/8. Also, how do you like the way the current mask's bottom most adjustment slides up and down? That part, on a previous version of the Breeze would lock securely in place. Just wondering.
