I've been using a SNAPP nasal prong, made by Tiara, for 2 years and think it's great. Not perfect, of course; nothing is. It's similar to nasal pillows, but has soft plastic prongs that fit into your nostrils. It's lightweight, doesn't leak much, and is about as small a mask as you'll find. Often, if I wake up during the night, I don't even know that I have the mask on. It's hard for me to imagine using anything else.
