To SleepyQ and to Frustrated: I tend to agree with SleepyQ that when the OSA diagnosis hits the charts, doctors look no further and it sounds to me like you both have atypical symptoms. The only thing I can suggest is that you do a lot of independent research on various sleep disorders and I would guess that most of them are less well-known and may be hard to find. Dig through the links and pages on this site; I think there's one for Dr. Dement's SleepWell site and that may lead to others as well. Good luck to you both.
