I didn't "exactly" fit the profile for OSA or CSA, either. After OSA was diagnosed, it took about 4 years to figure out the tongue was too thick and extended too far down the throat with an opening of only 5mm (about the size of a pencil). The MMA eliminated the OSA. Now if someone could come up with an effective cure for CSA....
