That was my experience. I didnt notice it was working right away. Now I am sure. No question.

I advise anyone to try to get your head around it. Accept it. Don't fight it. Its our best friend.

Look at it like this: CPAP is like a shield that protects us from apnea. It does not completely stop apnea, some get through. Nevertheless, of course, we are better off with the shield.
