It's usually recommended to keep using the XPAP through a cold or a flu. Maybe you don't use one, but it's good to have a FF mask to switch over to for a few nights if your nose is ever clogged. If it's been extremely cold where you are, you probably have dry air in the house or apartment. Having a room humidifier helps in these cases, as does a PAP humidifier.
