You know, I've wondered the very same thing about when I have a
cold. It seems the machine forces the phlegm back down the
throat. Can be kind of gagging to me. I wonder what the answer is.
I'll be interested to hear any ideas. As an aside, I just sneezed last
night for the first time while my mask was on. Very weird LOL
