u guys rock thanks sooo much. I will continue to give it a shot...at least I DO finally feel an improvement, albeit not major...yet! at first I couldnt even sleep with the thing, now I find myself last longer through the night even though I'm still a tad tired.

you post was really cool because it reminded me of how I went to all these docs because I was getting up to pee everynight and noone ever even made sleep apnea correlation and couldnt figure out what the heck it might have been from...
