Diabetes + OSA linked

I have read posts asking if there is a link between diabetes and OSA. I just came across something. I was visiting the RESMED site, and I saw some information on a symposium which was held in Copenhagen in 2006, where OSA has been deemed an independent cause of type II diabetes.
