I think that 14% has got to be a mistake! They would have awaken you immediately and told you it was too dangerous to continue sleeping without xPAP (even if you had not been scheduled for a split study). Also, if you had had ever fallen that low at home, you would have awoken with a horrible headache (or not awoken at all).

Probably, they meant a 14% shortfall, which would mean 86%! It should not go below 90%, but 86% is not an imminent emergency.

The rest of the numbers indicate severe OSA, but are believable.
