Hold breath during sleep?

Posted by phoka on February 13, 2007 at 04:24:02:

I have been told by my girlfriend that I hold my breath during sleep and as I am exhaling the air I make a groaning/squeeky noise that is quite weird. I dont know if I do this all the time, I think I only do it when I have a blocked nose. Several other people have told me I do this when I sleep, so it must be more frequently occurring than I had thought. Thanks
