pressure may be too high -exhausted

Posted by tootired on February 16, 2007 at 19:17:45:

I was wondering if anyone else has used their bi-pap and c-paps and felt more tired than when they don't use it. I used to be on a bipap for about three years and never noticed an extreme amount of benefit. I quit for a couple years and was retested bought a new machine and have been using the bipap again for the last couple of weeks. I am getting more tired by the day. I called the sleep center and they said maybe my pressures might be too high which could create too many central apneas. I'm not sure what this means, but I am going in to see the doctor next week. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks
