I use the Breeze and am very content with it. I have experienced some of the problems that others have mentioned in this thread, but ultimately, it is the best by far for me.

That being said, I DID try the Swift Nasal pillow system. Tried it for about 2 hours one night . I like the idea, but the design did not benefit my side-sleeping. Noise was a bit of a factor, but the tubing placement (whether placed on the left or right side) is just not conducive for side-sleeping (in my case). It would break the seal to my nostrils when I turned on the side that the tubing enters the mask.

It's pretty versatile. Headgear is good. I've read the typical "good and bad" reports from others users. Nothing unusual about that though.

I saw the SNAPP in my doctor's office during the last visit and was interested, but wasn't able to try it due to my schedule.
