this is, perhaps, a slight variation from the thread - my doc has me using a nasal irrigation regime as part of my daily treatment. Since this is not a commercial site I'll just say that I go to a big pharamcy chain and buy a box of 100 pre-packaged envelopes. Each day I use one of those envelopes in a nasal irrigator. Unless I have a HORRIBLE cold my sinuses stay open and I can use a nasal mask comfortably. Can't say it 'cures' anything, but it makes using my BiPAP and mask much easier.
