It's a tad difficult to give suggestions on this little bit of information. Perhaps you are suffering from insomnia and that board would be a better place to post.

Or perhaps you've been diagnosed with sleep apnea and find it difficult/impossible to sleep with new equipment hanging all over your face?

Or perhaps you are unable to relax?

Or perhaps you are taking other medication that interferes with your sleep? (I think it was Zoloft kept me tossing and turning all night long -- gotta read the side effects of all your meds.)

Or perhaps you are in pain and unable to sleep?

Or perhaps you have allergies and you're using decongestants such as sudaphed that are, in fact, stimulants? They will really do a number on you, especially when combined with the next question.

Or perhaps you drink a lot of coffee/tea/colas to stay awake during the day?

Or ? ? ? ?
