You may be experienceing something called "night terrors" which is weird and you should look it up on the Web (or somewhere on this site). My father had this problem, and it's a scary thing for everyone seeing it or experiencing it. I don't think it's life threatening, but it's not fun. Of course you may have apnea also. If your feet are muddy on the morning after, you may be a werewolf. Sorry,I know this is serious. If you're in college, isn't there some sort of student health service that might get you into a sleep study soon? It sure could help you. Good luck.
