I am also having episodes that scare me .
I awake as though I am terrified, my heart is racing and my arms and legs are very weak.
I went to the emergency, was checked out with all the tests for heart problems and seem to be fine!
Also had ct scan for my head.
Was ordered a new machine, and have a new bi-pap setting 11/8 (whatever that means). Thought I was "home free" until last night and had another episode.
The first episodes were horrible. Then they tapered off to just being startled--- I had as many as 5 in one night, of what I called tiny attacks..Then nearly 4 weeks with none. I would compare them to panic attacks, and guess I should research that--
Anyone out there have anything like this?
