Yes, they are called TAP devices and typically cost about 1500 bucks. I'm not sure if your insurance will cover it or not.

It brings your lower jaw forward to prevent your tongue from falling back and also clearning the obstruction at the base of your tongue.

If your apnea is severe this may not work.
