Can Mattress be part of the answer?

Posted by rkf on March 16, 2007 at 04:35:21:

My obstructives have been zero (down from 60) since the jaw advancement surgery almost three years ago. The centrals have been measured anywhere from 19 to 9 depending on lab and particular night. Not particularly debilitating by any means, more of a nuisance. None of the available machines work. Still, you search for the ever elusive good nights sleep. Wednesday night, I replaced a 18 year old mattress; 900 coils, pillow top of memory type foam, a little firmer... Normally, I wake up 20 minutes before the alarm, turn it off and get out of bed; be to work by 5:00 AM. Last two mornings, the alarm has woke me up and I have gone to bed earlier than usual (fall asleep faster, too). This never happens. Woke up fewer times during the night, also.
Any similar experiences?
