I imagine they are compatible. The bias flow exhaust system is similar to their nasal masks and they work fine on the Autosets.

Strictly speaking, the Autoset is only calibrated for Resmed masks. If you are to use an opus then you would set your mask to 'standard'.

Probably best to ask your local Resmed rep if there is any problem with flow detection using a different companies mask like the F&Ps if you want to be absolutely sure.
