You need to be careful here. Respironics is pressuring the DME's to sell the M series units depsite some concerns on it's reliability and noise levels, which is louder than the previous tried, tested, and true model.

In fact, my DME is not pushing the M series on his patients. He let's them decided the old, new and any other unit he has. The Respironis rep is not too happy with him.
