I have the Remstar auto w/ C-Flex, which is no longer available I understand, but I can't believe that the replacement for this, the M Series auto w/ C-Flex could be that messed up. Before purchasing, though, be sure to understand the return policy from the DME, or on-line DME that is selling it. This is common sense for anything purchased with such a price tag. The competition for the M series auto is the P&B 420E or the ResMed autoset Vantage, neither of which have the exhale relief feature in auto mode, which is nice.
