I met with my supplier this afternoon. He has given me a M Series Auto to trial for a week, free of charge. This is a good outcome. Plus, he told me that if I did purchase it, and then didn't like it, he'd be happy to take it back in favour of another make/model unit.

I've had a quick go with the new machine and I can tell straight away it will be okay. First thing I noticed was breathing was much, much easier than it was with my old Remstar. Also, I was expecting the noise to be a factor, as that is what a lot of feedback on this model was about, but thought it quite reasonable.

Tonight will be a much better test though when I try it for a full night.

Thanks everyone for your help and advice.
