What do you mean you had a test for sleep apnea and they told you you were "fine."

When you have a sleep study you should be given a copy of it. It will report your RDI (Respiratory Disturbance Index) which is how many times you awaken each hour due to an apneic event. 5-15 is mild, 15-30 is moderate and 30+ is severe. Any type of apnea needs to be treated and can cause many of the symptoms you have described.

You may also have some other sleep disorders (such as insomnia) but you should find out if you do or do not have apnea first. You should be given more of an explanation than "you're fine."
