Do you mean it keeps running at full pressure (and doesn't stop) once you've taken the mask off??? Or, is running at an extremely low pressure??? The running at extremely low pressure is to dry out the line of any condinsation while using the humidifier. It does this by design. The low pressure run turns off after a few hrs.
