You deserve a better explanation from your physicians other than, "you're fine." It is your responsibility, as a patient, to ask them for that. Sometimes you have to probe.

If your sleep study was clear of apnea then it sounds like you may have other issues to address.

All medical records are yours, by law, so I would request a copy of your sleep study and a better explanation of your RDI, etc.

If you have other injuries or pain you need to be probing for answers and using the word, "WHY" more -- ask your doctors to tell you what "you're fine" means. If you have pain somewhere, "you're fine" is not an acceptable explanation.
