Well regardless of the cause, if your sleep study said you are fine and you still have issues with being tired then you can look into that.

If your sleep study shows that you DO have apnea, then you can address it with surgery, based on the site of the obstruction.

It is interesting to wonder if your instrument would cause this, but in the end it doesn't matter because it needs to be addressed regardless.
