Difficult to not be discouraged

I've been really sleepy lately, so went to the sleep doctor. He gave me a Remstar C-Flex to see what pressure would be best. I suspect that I need a higher pressure than I was at (11) but it just isn't comfortable. A whole LOT of air is taken into my body, and makes my stomach just really hurt. I guess it's called aerophagia (? sp?) I woke up at 4 and took the mask off because it was making noises - again, because the pressure is probably higher than it was on my other machine (a Resmed AutoSet Spirit). After 10 years, I'm tired of trying (pun intended)
