I agree; why don't you look into surgical options?

Also, why would you have to wait more than three years for another CPAP...especially if you have had yours for a few years already.

If you're feeling that poorly it would be worth the investment to purchase a bi-pap, if you think that would help your problem with the exhalation pressure. Otherwise, I am a huge advocate for OSA surgery.
