I have this problem and I have been told that it may be sleep apnea. It seems that whenever I lie down regardless of the time of day or how much sleep I have had I fall asleep within about 15 minutes. I also tend to fall asleep very easily while sitting in a chair while reading or working on the computer. It is the worst though when I am lying down. I do snore which is a common symptom I have read. Does this sound like a sign of having sleep apnea?
