Dry Mouth

I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea and just got my CPAP yesterday. The question that I have is, how long does it take for you to get used to your mouth being so dry? I have the humidity chamber but it doesn't seem to work. I guess that I need to up the setting (it is on 3 now) and see if it helps.
