Two things I will say, one is that I was given directions when I got a CPAP to clean it regularly as it could build up bacteria and cause these problems. wash mask tube, you should have instructions that came with it if not I suppose ask the hospital for some. Secondly, recurring sinus infection could mean other things like a bad "cold" season, a resistant infection, among other things. If you clean your equipment, and consider other living conditions where bacteria may thrive, it may help.
