I would also suggest buying a new machine that is small and travels well and use it as your primary machine. The smaller machines hold up well to everyday use. I would keep your current machine as a spare. I have a small Goodknight CPAP (820S I think) and the new Remstar Pro Autopap. I prefer my older Goodknight over the newer Remstar, but both work well. Remember that even with dual voltage, you need to buy adapters so the machine's electrical cord will plug into the wall. Go to a local Home Depot or any hardware store and buy a set of adapters. They are about $12 and come with about 4 different plug types. You'll be good to go for any destination in the world.
