I'm confused. There is a difference between a Bi-pap and a VPAP, right? I am on a Bi-PAP now but having difficulties. My doctor is going to titrate me for a VPAP. When I do a search, only ResMed makes a VPAP. Is the Respironics M-Series Bi-Pap Auto the same thing under a different name. Because I travel a lot, I need the absolutely smallest unit (total size including humidifier).
