I forgot to mention a few things about this jolting phenomenon.
1. Seems to happen mostly when I am drifting off into sleep
2. I did oximetry tests while on CPAP, and my blood oxygen levels are fairly good, yet the jolting occurs.
3. Holter test (for heart) which I wear sensors overnight reveals that my heart is fine.
I dont know why I get the jolt, even though my blood oxygen levels are normal with CPAP. Any ideas? Can anyone relate to this problem?
