I'm also in the same general area. I had a decent (not great) DME in 1999, but they don't do CPAP anymore. I had to replace my CPAP in 2005. I ordered it mail order. My insurance only paid 70% instead 90% because the provider was "off-plan." However, I was out-of-pocket 30% of $500 instead of 10% of $1500, so it was the same price for superior service!
